Adani Total Gas announced on Wednesday, June 26, that it has received approval from the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB) to operate the city gas distribution network in Jalandhar.

Revenue Growth: The company's revenue from operations rose by 4.7% to ₹1,167 crore, up from ₹1,114.8 crore in the same period last year.
EBITDA Performance: EBITDA jumped 47.6% to ₹299.1 crore in Q4 FY24, compared to ₹195.2 crore in Q4 FY23. The EBITDA margin improved to 24.7%, up from 17.5% in the previous year.
